Apply generously to the face and/or body. In order to respect the recommendation of 2 mg/cm of skin, you should apply:

– 2 fingers of product on each of the following areas: stomach and torso, back, right forearm, front of right arm, back of right arm, front of left arm, back of left arm, front of right leg, back of right leg, front of left leg, back of left leg.
